Press “Sign up” in the top right corner. Choose your role — Client if you want to hire, Specialist if you are looking for work. Then register with Google or with your email and a password. You can also sign in by a link sent to your inbox, without a password at all.

Can I switch between Client and Specialist?

Yes. Once signed in, you can switch your role in settings. Many people use the platform as both — hiring for one project and working on another.

Yes, completely free for clients and specialists alike. We take 0% commission on every transaction.

Which countries can use AI Marketplace?

The platform is open worldwide. Payments do not pass through it: the client and the specialist agree the method and the currency themselves and settle directly.

How do I post a project?

After signing in, go to Projects → New project. Describe the task, set a budget and choose fixed price or hourly billing. The project becomes visible to matching specialists straight away.

How does payment work?

You agree payment directly with the specialist — the method, the schedule, whether there is an advance. The platform is not involved in the settlement and takes no commission. Discuss the terms in the chat before work starts, so both sides have the same understanding on record.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Start by talking it through with the specialist in the chat — most cases end there. If you cannot agree, you can leave an honest review once the project is closed and report the profile. Since we are not part of the settlement, we cannot return money, so agree on stages and payment order before work begins.

Are there any hidden fees?

None at all. We take no commission and add no service charge. You pay the specialist directly, on the terms the two of you agreed.

How much does AI Marketplace take from my earnings?

Nothing. Our commission is 0%. If a client pays you $1,000, you receive $1,000. We earn from optional paid features for specialists, not from a cut of your work.

How do I get paid?

Directly from the client, by whatever method you agreed — bank transfer, card, or anything else that suits you both. The platform does not hold your money and takes no cut. Agree the payment schedule before you start and put it in writing in the chat.

How do I make my profile attract clients?

Fill in every section: add a proper photo, write a clear bio, list your specific AI skills and upload portfolio work. Specialists with complete profiles get noticeably more invitations.

Can I work with several clients at once?

Yes, there is no limit on active projects. We do recommend being straight with clients about your availability when you take on new work.

How do the two sides usually settle?

Does the platform guarantee the deal?

No. We are not a payment intermediary and hold no funds, so we cannot guarantee a settlement. What we do give you is a way to judge who you are dealing with: verified profiles, ratings, reviews that can only be left after a completed project, and a chat history that remains as a record.

Split the work into stages and settle stage by stage. Check the rating, the reviews and the portfolio before you start. Keep the discussion inside the platform chat — that history stays and helps if things go wrong. Report anyone who behaves badly.

Project budgets are given in US dollars as a common reference point. The actual currency you settle in is whatever the client and specialist agree between themselves.

Try to resolve it in the chat first. If that fails, report the profile or the project — we review every report within 48 hours and can restrict or block an account. We cannot return money, because the settlement never passes through us.

Everyone passes email verification. Top-tier specialists also complete a skills assessment and identity check. Ratings and client reviews are public and cannot be edited.
