AI Marketplace

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Who runs this platform

AI Marketplace ("the Platform") is run by a private individual — an independent developer — and not by a company. There is no registered legal entity behind it. The Platform is provided free of charge: no fees, no commission, no paid features, and the operator earns nothing from it. Contact: privacy@aiservicemarket.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply equally to clients posting projects and to specialists offering services.

3. Who can use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into agreements. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraud.

5. No fees and no payments through the Platform

Using the Platform is free. We charge no commission and take no service fee from either side. We do not process payments, do not hold money, and are not a payment intermediary, escrow agent or bank. The client and the specialist agree the amount, currency, method and schedule between themselves and settle directly. Budgets shown on the Platform are stated in US dollars purely as a common point of reference; the currency actually used is whatever the parties agree.

6. What the Platform is — and is not

The Platform is a place where clients and specialists find each other and talk. We are not a party to any agreement between them, we give no guarantee that work will be delivered or paid for, and we do not act as an employer, agent or intermediary. Any contract for work is concluded directly between the client and the specialist, who alone are responsible for its terms, its performance and payment. We recommend writing down what has been agreed in the Platform chat before work starts, so both sides have a record.

7. What specialists agree to

Specialists agree to: (a) deliver work as described and agreed with the client; (b) keep their profile truthful, reflecting skills and experience they genuinely have; (c) communicate professionally and reply within a reasonable time; (d) not use contact details obtained here to send unsolicited advertising. Because the Platform takes no commission and handles no money, agreeing and settling directly with a client is expected and is not a breach of these Terms.

8. What clients agree to

Clients agree to: (a) describe projects clearly and answer questions from specialists; (b) agree payment terms before work begins and honour them; (c) review delivered work and give feedback within a reasonable time; (d) not request work that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

9. Rights to the work produced

Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, rights to work produced specifically for a project pass to the client once the specialist has been paid in full. Specialists keep ownership of tools, libraries and components they had before the project, but grant the client a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Since the Platform is not involved in settlement, questions of payment and ownership are matters between the parties.

10. What is not allowed

Users must not: (a) post false, misleading or fraudulent content; (b) pretend to be someone else or misrepresent their skills or experience; (c) harass, threaten or discriminate against others; (d) upload malicious software or disrupt the Platform; (e) collect other users' data by automated means; (f) break any applicable law.

11. Content you publish

You keep the rights to the text, images and files you publish on the Platform. By publishing them you allow us to store and display them as needed to run the Platform. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

12. Limits of responsibility

The Platform is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Platform, and in particular is not liable for non-payment, for the quality or timeliness of work delivered, or for anything else arising from an agreement between two users — because the operator is not a party to it and takes no part in settlement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for deliberate harm.

13. Disagreements between users

Disagreements about work or money are settled between the client and the specialist. We cannot decide them and cannot return, withhold or transfer money, because payments do not pass through the Platform. What we can do is act on reports: any profile, project or message can be reported, and every report is reviewed; an account may be restricted or blocked as a result. Disagreements between a user and the operator are covered by section 15.

14. Closing an account

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not cancel obligations you have already taken on towards another user — those remain between you and them. We may close an account immediately in case of fraud, illegal activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

15. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the operator resides and where the Platform's servers are located. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply and are not reduced by this section.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change. Users will be told about material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the new version.
